• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin
• Bedroom 4: Twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin
• Additional: A queen air mattress is available to provide extra sleeping space for up to 2 additional guests.

As a highlight of the property, the private backyard is built around a custom in-ground jetted pool (unheated). Guests can unwind on the oversized patio surrounded by mature trees, bamboo privacy screening, and beautiful landscaping. After sunset, the atmosphere becomes truly relaxing with custom landscape lighting and string lights. The outdoor area is further enhanced by a BBQ grill and ample seating for group gatherings.

Inside, the home is far from a typical rental. It celebrates San Antonio history and mid-century design with a vintage privacy wall salvaged from the legendary Earl Abel’s restaurant, a retro telephone nook, and a backlit architectural divider separating the kitchen and living areas. Please note that the primary suite features a unique architectural layout where the bathroom is open (no door) and walls do not extend fully to the ceiling.
