The home is configured with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The larger unit is a quintessential open concept living space featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In this section, the primary bedroom offers a king size bed, while the second and third bedrooms each provide two full size XL beds. The spacious living room is designed for togetherness, featuring an electric fireplace to keep everyone nice and toasty during the winter months.

Complementing the main house is a smaller, quasi-apartment unit that is completely self-contained and ideal for couples. This private sanctuary includes its own full kitchen, a bathroom with a nice standup shower, and a bedroom equipped with a full-size XL bed and a 32 inch TV. While the units are connected via an adjoining door to allow for total group interaction, a door lock is provided to ensure privacy when needed.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the property is conveniently located less than six miles from downtown San Antonio and is situated right off Interstate 35. Guests are perfectly positioned to explore the bustling business and leisure districts of downtown, including the eclectic bistros and bars lining the popular San Antonio River Walk, as well as the historic Alamo.
