Be advised that the elevator in Seascape Building 2 will be out of service for replacement from 11/30/26 to 1/23/27, with two sets of stairs available as alternatives; rental rates remain unchanged during this period. Please note that additional amenities like the washer/dryer and internet are provided for guest use but are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for their malfunction.
