For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa with a plush memory foam mattress is located in the living area, and a cozy alcove in the hallway features a custom adult twin bunk bed, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The interior highlights include a living room designed for entertainment with a 48-inch LG OLED 4K TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar for casual dining, a full set of appliances including an ice maker, and a drop-leaf, expandable dining table perfect for family game nights.

While the property is situated in a prime oceanfront location, please note that the elevator in Seascape Building 2 will be out of service for complete replacement from 11/30/26 to 1/23/27; during this time, two sets of stairs remain available.
