Located in Galveston, Texas, this getaway features charming coastal shabby-chic décor and comfortable furnishings, creating a relaxing environment that is perfect for kicking back with the whole crew—including your four-legged beach buddy.

This spacious 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two king-size beds, a daybed with a trundle, and a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa. For relaxation and entertainment, the living room is equipped with a 55" Ultra 4K Smart TV and DVD player.

Guest enjoyment is prioritized with a fully stocked kitchen featuring a full-size pantry, a large side-by-side refrigerator, and a full-size dishwasher. The kitchen is complete with essential tools including a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, can opener, corkscrew, and assorted pots and pans. Dinnerware is provided for both indoor and patio dining, allowing you to enjoy a meal in the fresh coastal air.

While the property enjoys a tropical setting, guests have access to wonderful shared amenities including three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers, and poolside seating. For those seeking active fun, there is a volleyball area, ping-pong, and bean bag toss.

Situated in an amazing and fun community, Dancing Mermaid is within walking distance of go-carts, miniature golf, batting cages, the local movie theater, and dining and fishing at Jimmy's on the Pier. Nearby attractions include the Moody Gardens Golf Course, the Moody Gardens experience, and the world-famous Schlitterbahn waterpark. In town, you can explore the quaint shops and art galleries of The Strand and Postoffice, or enjoy shows at The Grand 1894 Opera House.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: A fee of $10.00 per car per day (plus sales tax) must be paid at the Maravilla business office (Unit 121). The office does not accept cash.
• Pet Policy: Dog friendly for up to 2 pets (25lb limit). Fees are $100 non-refundable for the first pet and $50 for the second. A pet deposit and signed addendum are required.
• Restrictions: Rentals are limited to families and adults over the age of 25. A photocopy of the main renter's identification is required prior to arrival.
• Additional Fees: All services are subject to a 15% tax. The Airbnb cleaning fee includes an Admin Fee and a Safely Insurance Fee of $69.
