This spacious home accommodates up to 6 guests with a thoughtful layout consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite tub/shower combo, as well as a Smart TV for your entertainment. The first guest bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom provides two twin beds. Both guest rooms share a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The heart of the home is a comfortable main living area with an open-concept design that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining spaces. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient island. Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-ins may be offered the day prior to arrival, but late check-outs are not available. Guests must be 25 years or older. A $500 refundable security deposit hold on a credit card is required. A signed rental agreement is mandatory for access. No pets are allowed, and a maximum of 2 cars are permitted per stay. No events, proms, or parties are allowed without prior written approval.
