Be advised that the elevator in Seascape Building 2 will be out of service for a complete replacement from 11/30/26 to 1/23/27; stairs will remain available, and rental rates will remain unchanged during this period. Additionally, shared amenities such as internet and laundry are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed, and no refunds are issued for their malfunction.
