Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that the home is not child-proofed, and constant adult supervision is required for children. Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway, with additional ample street parking provided.

Strict policies are in place to maintain the quality of the home: pets are strictly prohibited due to allergies, and parties are not allowed. Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entry. Smoking inside will result in a $100 fee. EV charging is strictly prohibited via standard outlets, and doing so incurs a $35 per night fee. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $35 per person, per day. Please be mindful of the garbage disposal (small food waste only) to avoid a $100 unclogging fee, and do not remove any connected devices to avoid a $200 penalty. A $50 fee applies for unapproved late check-outs or lost TV remotes.
