This property is dog-friendly for one house-trained dog weighing 40 pounds or less. A pet fee of $150 applies, and guests must bring blankets to protect the furniture and ensure pets are kenneled when unsupervised.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. For those traveling during hurricane season (June 1–November 30), travel insurance is strongly recommended. Refunds for weather-related delays are only provided in the event of an official evacuation order.
