Discover the ultimate family getaway at Geauxin’ All Inn, a brand new family-friendly luxury cabin located in the new Sunrise Ridge development in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac among towering pine trees, this stunning retreat offers a serene escape just outside the gates of Beavers Bend State Park.

Designed for groups and families, the cabin features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a generous guest capacity of 12. The downstairs layout is highlighted by two identical large Master Suites, each offering a luxurious mattress, a private seating area, a desk, and a 55” Smart TV. These suites are complemented by luxurious bathrooms featuring double vanities and walk-in showers with rain shower heads, along with spacious walk-in closets and oversized dressers.

Beyond the bedrooms, the home opens into a cozy family room with a beautiful stone fireplace, leather couch, and glider rockers. The modern cook’s kitchen is a centerpiece of the home, boasting quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, an oversized island with leather seating for 4, and a dining table that comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests. For added convenience, the main floor includes a walk-in pantry and a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.

Adventure continues in the fun upstairs loft, which overlooks the main living area beneath vaulted ceilings and stained beams. This space is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (two queens on the bottom and two fulls on top) with plush oversized mattresses, plus two twin rollaway beds for extra sleeping capacity. The loft serves as a dedicated gameroom, featuring PlayStation games, a shuffleboard table, and a Golden Tee arcade game, alongside an oversized sectional for movie nights and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The amazing outdoor living area is where memories are made. Relax on the large deck with oscillating fans and a stone fireplace, or prepare meals on the propane gas grill. Guests can unwind in the extra-large hot tub, lounge in the hammocks, try the bungee swings, or roast marshmallows around the firepit under twinkling string lights.

Located just minutes from the hiking trails, canoeing, and horseback riding of the Ouachita National Forest, as well as the water sports of Broken Bow Lake. You are also only a short trip away from the various restaurants, breweries, and wineries of Hochatown.

Basically, you need to just bring your clothes and your food. Each of our cabins is fully stocked with everything needed to provide a wonderful meal for you and your guests. You'll find pots, pans, small appliances, dishes, flatware, drinkware, and several pantry items. We provide Folgers coffee for the drip coffee makers along with salt, pepper, sugar, and creamer. Our cabins also have Keurig coffee makers. You will need to bring K-Cups for the Keurig. You'll also want to bring cooking oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and extra paper towels. Each cabin also has plenty of linens and towels. We hope to have everything you need in the cabin to make your stay comfortable. We suggest you pack extra towels for outside activities. Please do not remove anything from the cabin, including towels and blankets. Please do not use our blankets and comforters for picnics. Please bring your own.
Please do not take our cabin towels to off-site activities such as the lake or river. You may be charged for lost or damaged towels and linens. Maid service is not provided. Feel free to use the washer and dryer at the cabin. We also provide liquid laundry detergent and fabric softener.

The hot tub will be set for use prior to your stay. You'll simply need to increase or decrease the temperature, turn on the jets, and lights by using the buttons on the control panel. Please don't change any settings.

Please do not allow anyone in your group to walk on, jump on, or play on the hot tub covers; they will break. The condition of your hot tub cover was documented prior to your arrival. The cost to replace a hot tub cover can be from $450 to $650.

DO NOT BURN ANYTHING IN THE INDOOR FIREPLACE. IT IS A GAS LOG FIREPLACE. Most indoor fireplaces have a thermostat control or a timer on the wall near the fireplace. Fireplace lighting instructions can also be found in the Cabin Guest Book at the cabin.

Please pick up your trash from throughout the cabin prior to leaving. Outdoor trash cans are provided for your trash - please place the lids on tightly to avoid unwanted critter visitors!   The check-out time is 11 a.m. on your departure day.

We ask that you leave the cabin in the same order as when you arrived. We ask that you wash all your dishes. An excessive cleaning fee my be assessed for dishes left unattended. Please also start a load of towels in the washer before departure. Bed Linens may be left as is. Please also pick up your trash from throughout the cabin prior to leaving. Outdoor trash cans are located near the road. If you have more trash than will fit in those cans, you may use the trash cans in the enclosed wooden trash bin near the cabin. Please place the lids on tightly to avoid unwanted critter visitors!

Please also be sure you close and lock all the cabin doors upon departure.
