Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM; please make prior arrangements if you require a late check-in. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. To maintain the serenity of the forest, quiet time is strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Property Restrictions:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the cabin
• No music outside
• Maximum capacity is 6 people total (including registered guests and day visitors)
• No glass permitted on the property or beach
• No firearms, BB guns, or air-soft guns
• No water balloons, swimming pools, or kiddie pools on the grass
• No golf carts, ATVs, 4-wheelers, or dune buggies
• Campfires are permitted in designated rings only
• Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty
• Minimum rental age is 25
• Vehicle passes must be hung from the rearview mirror

Please note that there are no refunds for early departures. If you fall in love with Cabin 5 and wish to return for the "Same Time Next Year," please contact management and pay your deposit before checking out.
