While the property lacks a general amenities list in the structured data, the cottage is detailed as having a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs, a private hot tub for unwinding, and outdoor seating where you can soak in breathtaking vineyard views and relax under the stars.

Located in the scenic Texas wine country, guests are ideally placed to explore a variety of local attractions and numerous nearby wineries. Please be aware that while the cottage is adjacent to Ab Astris Winery, it is not part of the winery property and maintains its own separate entrance. Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. To ensure the quality of the facilities, routine spa maintenance is scheduled midweek; this typically takes about 15 minutes, after which the spa is available for use. We kindly ask that you do not remove the spa floater or spa balls from the tub at any time. Due to severe owner allergies, pets are strictly not allowed. Additionally, all guests agree to sign a standard rental agreement covering house rules and liability waivers, which will be provided after booking and must be completed before arrival.
