Designed for comfort and relaxation, the farmhouse features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements are generous throughout the home, with each of the three bedrooms featuring a King bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The home's highlight is the bathroom, which includes a relaxing Jacuzzi soaking tub for two.

This rustic farmhouse is equipped with a full kitchen featuring a stove, fridge, microwave, and cooking essentials, along with a coffee pot and provided coffee to start your mornings right. For evening relaxation, guests can enjoy the indoor fireplace or head outside to the outdoor fire-pit. Please note that there are three separate rentals on this property that share the outdoor fire-pit, offering a chance to meet fellow travelers.

Located in the heart of the Hill Country, the surrounding environment is naturally beautiful. Guests may encounter local wildlife such as deer, raccoons, and birds; we ask that you remain aware of your surroundings and supervise children while outdoors. While regular pest control is utilized, the rural nature of the property means insects and local critters may occasionally be visible.
