For those exploring further, downtown Bulverde is 8 minutes away, New Braunfels and Boerne are 25 minutes away, and the famous wine country of Fredericksburg and downtown San Antonio are approximately 50 minutes away.

• Pets: Allowed with a $100 pet fee; guests are responsible for their pets

• Important Notes: As part of Bird Haus Farms, there are three other rentals and a main house on the property; while guests have their own space, this is a peaceful retreat rather than complete seclusion. Please bring your own firewood, fire starter, and charcoal for the grill and fire pit. Note that water pumps are electrically powered, so water access is lost during power outages. A rental agreement is required for all stays.
