A spiral staircase leads you down to the open-concept living area, which boasts high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and a cozy sofa with a comfortable queen sleeper. This main area also includes a 65-inch Smart TV for all your streaming needs. The second private bedroom is located downstairs and offers a cozy Queen-size bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and its own en suite bathroom with a second jacuzzi tub and shower.

• Parking: Only one free parking pass is provided. All additional vehicles must use paid parking on Lafayette or other paid lots. Please place the parking pass in your window immediately upon arrival to avoid strict towing policies.
• Pets: Dog-friendly (maximum 3 dogs) with a fee of $90 per dog. Cats are not permitted.
• Rules: Non-smoking home. No parties or events allowed without prior arrangement and payment of an event fee. Unauthorized checkout delays incur a fine of $100 per hour. Please return parking passes at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee.
