We love hosting well-behaved pets! 🐶

Pet Limit: Up to two pets allowed. Additional pets or pets over 50 lbs require host approval—please contact us in advance for details and rates.

Pet Etiquette:

Pets must be kenneled/crated when left unattended.

Pets are not permitted on furniture, beds, or in/near the hot tub. Any damage, stains, or odors to bedding or mattresses requiring sanitizing or odor removal will be charged to the guest.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, including waste and excessive hair.

Crates are not provided by the host.

Pet Fees:

$95 per reservation for up to two pets. Covers typical cleaning only.

Additional charges may apply for abuse of pet etiquette, pet damage, waste, or excessive hair.

Pet hair in the hot tub is strictly prohibited, and any damage will incur repair/replacement fees.

🚭 Smoking & Substances

No smoking of tobacco, marijuana, or other substances inside the home or on the property.

Evidence of smoking or paraphernalia will result in a $500 remediation fee.

Odor mitigation fees may also apply if smoke odors are detected indoors.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up any cigarette butts or trash on the grounds, including exterior areas.

💥 Damage & Checkout

Always report accidental damages or breakages before checkout.

Follow all checkout instructions upon departure.

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including furniture, appliances, or outdoor amenities.

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy (14+ Nights)

To ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained experience for both you and future guests, we require at least one mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more.

🏡 Why This is Required:

Hot Tub Servicing: Hot tubs will be drained, cleaned, and refilled to maintain hygiene standards.

Home Refresh: Professional cleaning team restores the home's cleanliness, replenishes basic supplies, and resets the space.

Property Protection: Ensures the home is respected, maintained properly, and supports the owner’s long-term care standards.

💲 Cleaning & Security Deposit:

$250 security deposit is required for extended stays.

Airbnb does not automatically collect the cleaning fee—guests will be prompted to add this service after booking.

Please contact the host to review this policy based on the length of your stay.

🏡 Occupancy & Property Use

No additional guests or parties without prior host approval.

Maximum occupancy: 3 guests per bedroom.

Guest vehicles: Parking is allowed only in designated areas; parking on the street or grass is prohibited.

Quiet hours are appreciated, especially in shared neighborhoods.

🧹 General Considerations

Guests are encouraged to stow personal belongings before cleaning visits for convenience and efficiency.

Our homes are cleaned and sanitized according to Airbnb’s best practice guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all guests.

Please enjoy the home responsibly and respectfully to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone. The mid-stay cleaning fee is equal to the original cleaning fee and will be deducted from your deposit unless you prefer to pay it separately before arrival. Pre-payment can be made conveniently via your guest portal link upon request.

🧾 Cleaning Details The cleaning typically takes 3–4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. Personal laundry services are not included during this visit. A team member will coordinate in advance to schedule the most convenient time.

✅ Guest Responsibilities To help our team provide quality service: Tidy personal items prior to arrival. Secure valuables appropriately. Pets must be crated or removed from the property during the cleaning. Guests are expected to maintain the home in reasonable condition for inspection and cleaning access.

🐾 For Guests with Pets: Pet waste, excessive pet hair, or evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional cleaning fees. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and bedding, and that outdoor waste is cleaned regularly.
