The Maravilla complex offers an exceptional island experience with 164 privately owned condominiums. Guests enjoy access to multiple pools, fitness facilities, and beautiful grounds. Important Guest Information: Dog owners welcome with advance approval and photo submission ($75 nonrefundable fee per dog, dogs must stay off furniture). Due to insurance regulations, certain breeds including pit bulls, rottweilers, chows, shepherds, and dobermans cannot be accommodated. The Maravilla complex charges a mandatory $10 per vehicle per night parking/resort fee (maximum $70 per vehicle per month), payable directly to the complex upon arrival. A QR code is available for after-hours payment. Guests must complete a rental agreement providing personal email, guest names/ages, driver's license information, and emergency contact. As Galveston is a barrier island, weather-related service interruptions may occasionally occur, and trip protection is recommended. A $300 security deposit hold applies to direct bookings and VRBO reservations. Cancellation fees apply: $100 fee for cancellations 30+ days prior, $100 fee plus 50% remainder for 14-30 days, no refund for cancellations within 13 days.
