This residence underwent a major renovation in early 2022, featuring all new flooring, paint, lighting, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances to ensure a fresh and modern stay.

The layout is designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 7 guests. The home features 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a new king bed and a 40" Smart TV, along with 2 bathrooms.

This historic district, designed in 1922 as the country's first suburban shopping district, is a true outdoor art gallery filled with murals, sculptures, and fountains. Additionally, a local dog park is located just 3 blocks west of the property.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Access: Please note that stairs are required to access the front door.
• Parking: The driveway is available for guest use, but the garage is not.
• Pets: Allowed for responsible owners (two pet maximum). Owners must pick up after pets and prevent excessive barking; all damage is the owner's responsibility.
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the house.
• Restrictions: Parties, events, and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises.
• Prohibitions: Illegal activity, including drug activity, prostitution, and illegal possession of firearms, is prohibited.
• Safety: Exterior video surveillance and interior noise-detecting technology may be employed. The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability reasons.
• Policy: The stated cancellation policy is upheld for all reservations, including medical emergencies and inclement weather. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
