The main level hosts the master bedroom with a Nolah brand King-sized memory foam mattress, an en suite bathroom, and a 65-inch Smart TV. Two additional private bedrooms with Queen beds are located downstairs, sharing a large bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the top-floor oversized loft, which includes a Queen bedroom and an open bedroom featuring four twin beds built into the walls—complete with private curtains, reminiscent of a luxury ship.

Enjoy the home's sophisticated common areas, including two living spaces equipped with large Smart TVs and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for large groups with all new appliances and a dedicated coffee station. Outside, you can relax on two fully furnished back patios or take a dip in the large hot tub spa. For an unforgettable experience, follow the private wooden staircase for direct lake access.

Nestled on a beautiful lot within a cul-de-sac of lake houses, the drive to the property takes you across rolling hills and through gorgeous Arkansas scenery. Local conveniences include Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi), Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi), and the Hometown Country Store (9 mi) for groceries and gas. Guests interested in fishing must obtain an Arkansas fishing license from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home. Please note that parties or smoking indoors will incur a $1,000 fine, and pets discovered on-site will result in a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays are charged at $100 per hour. Guests are responsible for monitoring lake water levels, as environmental factors may affect accessibility. Exterior security cameras are in use.
