Our turnover team examines inventory and the condition of the property after each guest checks out. Please note that if anything is found to be missing or damaged, the guest will be held responsible in the form of financial compensation.
There is a $50 fee for late check out after 12:00pm.
If you smoke (outside only) please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash can outside. Do not bring them inside and put them in the garbage. If you smoke inside, there is a charge of $100-$300, assessed.
There is no glass bottles/containers allowed outdoors.
If any item or part of the house/yard is found to be littered that would require additional cleaning, there will be an additional cleaning charge between $30-$1000 assessed, depending on the amount of cleaning that needs to be done.
You understand that violating any of the house rules will result in an immediate termination of your stay.
We are not responsible for anything left behind, please make sure you have all your belongings before checking out!
