The bathroom configuration includes a tub/shower area and two separate toilet and sink areas—one accessed via the master bedroom and the other through the hallway.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, and entertainment is provided by WiFi and three TVs. While the structured amenities list is minimal, guests have full access to the Maravilla complex's extensive shared features:

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Resort Fee: $10 per vehicle per night, paid directly to the complex office.
• Security Deposit: A $300 hold is required for direct and VRBO bookings.
• Pets: Approved dogs are welcome ($75 fee). Maximum 2 dogs, combined weight under 60 lbs. Certain breeds (pit bulls, rottweilers, chows, shepherds, dobermans) are not permitted. Only dogs are allowed; no other animals.
• Supplies: Starter toiletries, paper products, coffee, and dish cleaning options are provided.
• Cancellation: More than 30 days: $100 fee, remainder refundable. 14-30 days: $100 fee, 50% of remainder refundable. Within 13 days: No refund.
