Please note that the fireplace is not usable. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, and the total occupancy must not exceed the guest count on the reservation. Additionally, local residents from Kansas City, MO, and surrounding areas with zero reviews are not permitted to book; those with reviews require prior approval and may be asked for a security deposit.
