This lovely 521-square-foot space is designed to accommodate your family perfectly, with a guest capacity of up to 6 people. The layout includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. The interior features a den with a lovely queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge, an additional chair, and a smart 48" TV. Guests can enjoy beach and lake views from the den or the furnished, fully accessible balcony. The bathroom is well-appointed with a granite countertop and an over-sized shower. To ensure a comfortable stay, the condo provides a set of 6 soft bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, sheets, and 4 beach towels.

Located at the Western end of the Seawall, the resort is in the perfect location to access everything fun in Galveston. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, adorned with tropical palms. Within walking distance, you will find multiple beaches, a movie theater, and Jimmy's on the Pier, a lovely restaurant and popular fishing pier just a block away. A go-cart track is situated behind the complex, and most popular local attractions are within a 5 to 10-minute drive, with cruise ship terminals approximately 15 minutes away. For local travel, the Galveston Trolley is accessible at 81st St, and Uber and Lyft are readily available.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome. Please send a request with the breed and weight for approval and add PET to your reservation. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for up to two dogs (max 35 pounds each). Unpaid pets are a violation of house rules and may result in removal without refund.
• Parking: Ample covered parking is available at the complex for a $10 fee per car per day (capped at $70 per month), payable to the front office. Seawall parking is also available for a separate fee.
