This is a strictly smoking- and drug-free home. Pets are not allowed. For the safety and comfort of everyone, the fireplace is not for guest use, and washcloths are not provided. We kindly ask guests to respect the privacy of our neighbors; therefore, loud music and excessive noise are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please note that crazy parties or gatherings are not permitted. Any guests who violate these rules or cause neighbor/police complaints will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
