The upper level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a kitchen with an open dining area, the full bathroom, and all three bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third. For additional guests, the home features three convertible couches in the living rooms that transform into flat beds with linens provided. While the home can accommodate up to 12 guests when utilizing sofa beds and shared spaces, it is most comfortable for groups of 4 to 6 people.

The main level is dedicated to relaxation with a large living room, while the downstairs area provides a smaller, cozy living room and a convenient laundry room with a half-bathroom. Outdoor enjoyment is easy on the deck, which comes equipped with a gas grill and an outdoor seating set with four chairs.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property provides a peaceful retreat while remaining incredibly convenient. You are only 15 minutes away from downtown Kansas City with super easy access to highways, allowing you to reach almost anywhere in the KC metro area quickly and efficiently.

• House Rules: This is a smoking and drug-free home. Pets are not allowed, and use of the fireplace is prohibited. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, no loud music or excessive noise is permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM, and crazy parties or gatherings are strictly forbidden. Guests who violate these rules may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
