This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Bedroom One is equipped with a queen-sized bed, while Bedroom Two offers two full-sized beds. Bedroom Three serves as a versatile bunkroom with two sets of twin-over-double bunk beds. Please note that Bedroom Three must be walked through to access Bedroom Two. The home includes two full baths: one with a tub and shower, and one with a stand-up shower.

It is an ideal base for those visiting for history, work, or as a pre- and post-cruise stay.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Security Deposit: A $300 hold is required for direct and VRBO bookings.
• Pet Policy: Dogs accepted based on breed and size; certain bloodlines (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Shepherd, Chow) are not permitted. Dogs must be kenneled when humans are not present and are not allowed on furniture without your own coverings.
• HVAC Guidelines: Do not change temperature more than 3 degrees per hour; keep AC above 70 in summer and below 74 in winter; fan must remain on auto.
• Beach Towels: Not provided, but customized towels are available for rent ($50 for 10 towels).
• Laundry: Provided for guest use, but laundry products are not supplied.
