Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the layout includes one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed and its own TV with an attached DVD player. For additional guests, the living room features a comfortable sofa that folds out into a full-size bed, and a hallway alcove provides a set of custom built bunk beds. The bathroom is finished with tile flooring and a tub-shower combo.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room with neutral-tone, beachy décor, a small dining table seating four, and custom oak cabinets. The compact yet full kitchen is equipped with granite counters, oak cabinets, and modern appliances—including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range, and oven—along with a convenient breakfast bar with seating for three.

Location & Neighborhood: The property is perfectly positioned at the western end of Galveston Island's renowned Seawall, just steps away from the sandy beach and an endless boardwalk. You are located across the street from Seahorse Grille and within a few miles of the East End Lagoon Nature Preserve Park, Moody Gardens pyramids, the Historic Strand District, and the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. Local favorites include the historic Moody Mansion, the children's museum, and Galveston original Hey Mikey's ice cream. For further adventure, the free ferry to Bolivar Peninsula is nearby.

• Important Note: The elevator in Seascape Building 2 will be out of service for replacement from 11/30/26 to 1/23/27. Two sets of stairs remain available as alternatives; no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided during this time.
