For additional sleeping arrangements, the hall alcove features built-in twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa ensures everyone has a cozy place to rest. The updated bathroom is conveniently located next to the bunks and features a walk-in shower.

Inside, you will find a cozy open-concept living space the whole family will love, complete with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The full kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and ample maneuverability, providing all the necessary tools to whip up tasty meals. You can enjoy your dining experience at the provided table while gazing at the gulf through the kitchen windows.

Step outside to your private balcony, furnished with plenty of patio furniture, where you can relax and watch the sunrise over the water. Guests have convenient access to the sandy shore via a dune walkover, as well as several community features including a heated pool, two hot tubs, beach-side swings, a beach shower, a private beach access gate, and an observation/sunning deck. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, four shared charcoal grills are located just outside the condo.
