By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is any time after 4 pm, and check-out time is 10am. We must allow enough time for our cleaners to prepare for our next guests.

A signed Rental Agreement is required and guests must provide a credit card on file directly with the Host for a Security Deposit for all bookings. Legal agreements and security deposit are managed using an approved API-connected software provider called OwnerRez. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay.

We have stocked the property with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay.

Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest:

1. Please empty the refrigerator and bag up the trash in the container.
2. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it.
3. Leave the beds as-is and put all the dirty towels on the bathroom or laundry room floor.

We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay. We are so happy that you are considering staying at our property. We do appreciate all feedback, and please privately let us know of any areas in which we can improve especially before you leave so we can make things right if possible. We require all guests to sign and return the rental agreement via email. The rental agreement is as follows:
