This thoughtfully appointed condo features everything needed for a memorable stay, from comfortable bedding to a completely equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. The outdoor space truly shines with seating for 6 guests around a full-sized glass dining table, where you can savor morning coffee or evening meals while overlooking the beautiful gulf waters and resort grounds.

The Maravilla resort complex spans 164 privately owned condos and offers exceptional amenities including 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and dog park. Guests enjoy access to outdoor recreational activities like cornhole, hopscotch, ping pong, and volleyball. The gated pool areas feature picnic tables and grills for guest use, perfect for barbecue gatherings.

Located on Galveston, a barrier island on the Texas Gulf Coast, you'll have easy access to beaches, dining, and island attractions. The resort provides a tropical oasis with beautiful landscaping and well-maintained facilities.

Important Guest Information: The complex charges a mandatory resort/parking/amenities fee of $10 per vehicle per night, paid directly to the complex upon arrival (maximum $70 per vehicle per month). Late arrivals can pay at the office the next morning. A $300 security deposit hold is required for reservations. Pet approval requires photo submission, and certain breeds are restricted due to insurance regulations. Weather-related service interruptions may occur, and trip insurance is recommended. The property requires completion of a rental agreement with guest information and emergency contacts. A 9% City of Galveston Hotel Occupancy Tax applies. Registration: GVR-10484.
