The layout features 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable King size bed, and 1 bathroom. The property is designed to accommodate a maximum occupancy of 6 persons aged 13 and over, plus 2 children aged 12 and under.

Guests can take advantage of a variety of leisure options both private and shared. The cottage includes a private back deck, a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit ring for cozy evenings under the stars. As part of a small community of eight cabins, guests enjoy shared access to a swimming pool (available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day), a horseshoe pit, a playground, and a pavilion.

Located within the McCurtain County Wilderness Area, the cottage is ideally positioned for lake enthusiasts, with the boat ramp just 3/10 of a mile away. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking down a dedicated trail to a cove of the lake or explore the surrounding mountains. For those seeking more activity, the property is located 30 minutes North of Beavers Bend State Park, providing easy access to horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, and local wineries and breweries. • Cancellation Policy: 100% of total booking charges (less a $50 fee) are refunded if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date.
