Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via unique electronic lock code
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Occupancy: Max occupancy is strictly enforced; no prom, graduation, or large parties permitted.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must be present during the stay. A valid Driver's License and signed Guest Agreement are required within 24 hours of booking.
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome subject to approval and a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog per stay.
• Policies: No security deposit is required. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable. After 24 hours, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before check-in for a refund (less a $50 fee). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
