Sleeping Arrangements This expansive home offers a thoughtful layout to ensure everyone has their own space. On the ground floor, you will find a convenient queen bedroom with access to a shared full bathroom. The upstairs level features two luxurious King Suites, both with private en-suite bathrooms—with Suite 1 boasting a walk-in shower and soaking tub. For the children, there is a Princess-themed twin bedroom with two twin beds and a Mickey-themed bunk room featuring two full-size mattresses plus a twin trundle. A final queen bedroom upstairs is located near a shared hallway bathroom.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM via a personalized door code, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. All guests must sign a rental agreement via DocuSign and provide names for security gate registration prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed. A maximum of four vehicles are permitted per reservation, with specific parking rules: one in the driveway, one on the apron, and others in resort parking spots (street parking is prohibited).

Please note that pool and spa heating is currently unavailable until further notice. A limited starter supply of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and cleaning pods is provided for the first day only. Grills are not provided onsite, though local rentals are available; grilling must only occur on the grass.
