All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. 8 human maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation, we will charge you an additional $100 per human per day over said number.

CHECK INS/CHECK OUTS: No late check-out or early check-in without prior written permission. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge a fee, starting at 1 minute after checkout time. The charge from the cleaners is $50 for the first 15 min. and $25 for every 30 min. after that. Our cleaners have to wait outside until you leave to start working or completely reschedule their day since they often have another cabin to clean before the 4 pm cutoff time. For early check-ins of more than 30 min, you will be charged $50.

INSPECTION: Guests are to inspect the cabin within 2 hours after arrival and notify the host in writing about any concerns. All issues not reported upon arrival may be deemed the guest's responsibility, barring any emergencies.

REFUNDS: No refunds or date changes for weather/natural disasters/power outages/broken amenities/job scheduling/dog ate my homework/other things that are beyond our control, with the exception of a government-issued mandatory evacuation. Please consider purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE that will cover this type of loss.

SECURITY/HEALTH AND SAFETY: There is an exterior camera in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! No worries, there are not any indoor cameras. There are some dummy cameras in other places outside to deter thieves.

PARTIES: Absolutely no parties. If there is a party, beyond celebrations for guests staying in the cabin, a private security firm will be notified to remove you from the property without a refund.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is for guests 18 and over; 18 and under with parental supervision. You are not advised to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! No refunds if the hot tub is inoperable. No refund if the hot tub is not hot upon arrival-the health department requires us to empty and clean the hot tub between guests. It takes several hours for the water to heat up with the lid on after the cleaning is completed, often the same day as check-in. Do not use bubble bath or any other additives in the hot tub or you will be charged the extra $100 my cleaners will charge to clean and empty the hot tub multiple times.

If you enter the hot tub with a lot of lotions, self-tanners, body makeup, oils, etc. on your body or hair, the water will become very murky immediately. A return cleaning, at your request, is at your expense ($80).

WE KINDLY ASK YOU: • Do not eat food in a disorderly manner or in areas such as rooms or furniture. Do not let children eat food, snacks, or candies without supervision. Food stains such as pasta sauce and snacks such as chocolate can damage the furniture, comforters, sheets, and towels. • Do not use towels as rugs or cleaning cloths. Stains on towels usually cause towel replacement. (replacement cost at my cleaner's cost since we are on a linen program) • Please be careful with furniture upholstery, bedspreads, and sheets. Stains or damage to them generally require special stain removal products and/or specialized personnel for repairs.

PETS: Up to Two trained dogs are welcome for an additional one-time fee for our cleaners. 50 lb. maximum weight for each dog. Dogs must be crated or with you at all times. If you leave the cabin, you have to take your pet with you or confine them to a kennel. Dogs are not allowed in the beds. $92 nonrefundable flat fee.

SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside as long as windows and doors are closed. Make sure you put out cigarettes all the way to prevent fires. No smoking indoors ($300 fee for ozone remediation).
