This expansive villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The layout includes two master suites: a king master suite with luxury bedding, hardwood floors, a walk-in closet, and a private door to the pool deck, as well as a queen master suite with luxury bedding. For the children, there are two themed twin bedrooms—one featuring Mickey Mouse and the other Minnie Mouse—both equipped with wall-mounted TVs and gaming consoles (Xbox and PlayStation). These rooms share a kid-friendly, themed full bath.

Inside, the open floor plan exudes luxury and quality with ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, and a tiled back-splash. The great room combines the living and dining areas, featuring a huge wrap-around leather couch with built-in recliners. The crown jewel of the home is the climate-controlled game room, decorated with a Disney Castle mural and featuring a 7-foot slate pool table, air hockey, and two pinball machines.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a private, southern-facing heated in-ground pool and attached spa. The pool deck is surrounded by a screen enclosure and privacy hedges, complemented by a covered lanai and a free BBQ grill for family cookouts.
