Pool heating is available for $40/day and must be activated at least 2 days before check-in. Please note that during cold weather or in the event of a breakdown, the heating functionality cannot be guaranteed. If you require a pack and play or highchair, please send a request 24 hours prior to your arrival. ​​​​​​​Pets are allowed at $100/pet Available for use; bring your own propane another extra $50 for the cleaning fee if you wish to avail it.

Important Property Rule: HVAC Settings Please do not set the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system below 74 degrees Fahrenheit. Doing so can overwork the unit, leading to the possibility of it freezing and causing significant damage. Check-in/Check-out: Please respect the timings. Late check out is $300

No Shoes: Keep your shoes in the provided cabinets. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. Illegal substances are also prohibited. Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Parties: No parties or events, please. Quiet Hours: Let’s maintain peace between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Eating: Enjoy meals in the dining room, no food or drinks in the bedrooms. House Care: Please handle furnishings, décor, and fixtures carefully. Report Damages: Notify us immediately about any damages. Open Flames: For safety, no open flames or candles. Trash: Bag it up container outside. Furniture: Please don't move or rearrange any furniture or accessories. Walls: No drawing or scribbling on walls or wallpapers. Equipment: Please do not attempt to adjust pool equipment, HVAC units, electrical breakers, or routers. Contact us for any issues. Exceeding the the max capacity of the house will incur a penalty of $100 per person per day

Important Check-In Information for Last-Minute & Back-to-Back Reservations For last-minute bookings and back-to-back reservations, check-in time is set to 8:00 PM to allow sufficient time for cleaning and property preparation.

Pest & Maintenance Disclaimer

Please note that in Florida, bugs and insects are extremely common due to the warm, humid climate. Even with regular professional pest control, occasional sightings may still occur—this is normal and not necessarily a sign of poor cleanliness or maintenance.

We also have routine lawn care and pool maintenance services scheduled to keep the property in top condition. These vendors may access the yard or pool area during your stay. They are licensed professionals and will respect your privacy as much as possible.
