The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for groups: the main level houses the first bedroom with a king bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle with an en suite bath. On the upper level, the second bedroom offers a king bed with an en suite bath and private balcony access, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds with twin trundles and an adjacent hall bath. The fourth bedroom provides two queen beds and an en suite bath. Guests also have access to a convenient powder room near the main living area. All bedrooms are elegantly decorated and equipped with SmartTVs, with the upstairs rooms boasting amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

While the interior is beautiful—featuring a modern, spacious kitchen stocked with necessities, a reverse osmosis drinking water system, and ceiling fans—the highlight is the large open deck.
