Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Dogs are allowed provided they are authorized by the host, and a pet cleaning and sanitation fee will apply; however, cats and other animals are not permitted.

Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA: a maximum of two vehicles are allowed, and they must be parked in the driveway or garage. Street parking, parking on the grass, or blocking pedestrian access is prohibited. Please note the driveway is approximately 20 feet long by 9 feet wide, and the garage entrance is 7 feet 10 inches wide and 6 feet 7 inches high.

Additional notes: The pool is maintained at 70 degrees; heating to 85 degrees is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days) with 48 hours' notice. Propane for the grill is not provided but may be purchased prior to arrival.
