Welcome to the Jones Beach suite, an expansive retreat designed for large groups in the heart of the busy Arnolds Park area. Located in the former 316 restaurant along Hwy 71, this suite offers a unique blend of convenience and comfort for those looking to explore the excitement of Iowa.

This spacious layout is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to maximize space: two rooms each feature a king bed and a queen bunk, one room contains a queen bed and a set of twin bunks, and the fourth room is dedicated to a single king bed. Totaling 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, and a set of bunk beds, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Inside, you will find a large gathering area perfect for playing cards and relaxing, along with a full kitchen equipped for meal prep and a dedicated dining table. For outdoor enjoyment, the suite includes a small patio area featuring a grill, fire pit, and patio chairs. Guests also have exclusive access to a rooftop patio, which can be reached by entering the main building.

Located directly on the bike trail, this property is ideal for active visitors; we recommend bringing bikes, scooters, and wagons for the kids. Please be aware that the suite opens directly to the parking lot with no immediate grass area, which may not be the perfect setup for groups with very small children.

Practical details for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. An access code will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that early check-in is available for an additional fee.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets are not allowed due to high guest turnover and cleaning requirements.
• Service animals are permitted but must remain with their owner at all times.
• No excessive noise is allowed, making this unsuitable for "party" groups.
