Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must be present during the stay. A Guest Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Pet fees apply at $125 for one dog or $200 for two dogs (non-refundable). Electronic check-in begins at 4pm on arrival date with checkout at 11am. Please note that WiFi and TV services may be inconsistent due to island location. No prom, graduation, or large parties exceeding maximum occupancy are permitted. Professional cleaning, luxury linens, and welcome amenities are included. Cancellation policy allows full refund within 24 hours of booking, with 30-day advance cancellation required thereafter for refund minus booking fees.
