Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25+ years old to book and complete a Guest Agreement within 24 hours. Pet-friendly for up to 2 well-behaved dogs with fees ($125 for one, $200 for two). Please note that island services including water, electricity, internet, and appliances may experience disruptions, and no refunds are provided for service interruptions. Guest services available 8:30am-7pm daily. Reservations include taxes, cleaning fee, $1M liability protection, and $10K damage insurance with no security deposit required. Cancellation allowed within 24 hours for full refund, or 30+ days prior for refund minus booking fee. No parties or events exceeding maximum occupancy permitted. Outdoor security cameras are present on the property, and ground-level fencing has been removed.
