This spacious 1,896 sq. ft. residence is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest bedroom provides a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideally configured for families, offering both a queen size bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. For additional guests, a blow-up queen mattress is available in the living room, allowing the home to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Inside, you will find all the comforts of home, including a cozy fireplace and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The interior flows seamlessly to a wrap-around deck, perfect for soaking in the scenery. For those bringing a boat, a private boat hoist is located just steps outside the condo, accommodating vessels under 26 feet and under 6,000 lbs (please note: no pontoons).

Your stay includes an array of leisure activities and professional management services. Guests receive six daily passes to Boji Splash, providing access to the indoor water park, outdoor pool, and the swim-up bar. Additional complex amenities include a fitness center and a basketball court. For your convenience, the unit includes a dedicated private parking spot in the underground garage, with an elevator located conveniently outside the condo entrance. Additional parking is also available in the above parking lot.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival. A 50% refund is available for cancellations between 59 and 30 days. No refunds are provided within 30 days of arrival. Please note that booking and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable.
