About Property

Welcome to the Emerson Bay Suite, a spacious getaway perfectly positioned in the heart of the busy Arnolds Park area of Iowa. Located within the former 316 restaurant along Highway 71, this suite offers a unique blend of convenience and relaxation, placing you right in the center of the action where you can enjoy the relaxing experience of people-watching and observing the local bustle.

Designed for groups, this suite comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed paired with a set of twin bunks. The second bedroom provides a restful king bed, while the third bedroom offers a king bed with a queen bunk positioned over top, ensuring plenty of room for everyone.

Inside, you will find a large gathering area perfect for playing cards and spending quality time together. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the suite includes a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a dining room table for group meals. Outside, guests can enjoy a small patio area along the highway featuring a grill and chairs. Just a few feet away in the southern grass area, there is a fire pit and additional patio chairs, providing a great space to play yard games.

Location is everything at the Emerson Bay Suite. The property is situated right on the bike trail, making it an ideal spot for families to bring bikes, wagons, and scooters.
