Fines assessed due to failure to comply with rules will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card on file. Smoking is prohibited inside the tiny home units and within 20 feet of any door or window. The detection of smoke upon departure will incur a $500 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed. Indication that pets were present will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee. Garbage should be taken to the dumpsters at the exit of the community. Please do not leave garbage anywhere outside the tiny home. Though the local wildlife will love you, it creates an unnecessary mess for our cleaning teams and could incur additional cleaning fees for you. Excessive messes left after departure are subject to additional cleaning fees. Strict 8 guest maximum occupancy. Violators may be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and incur an additional $50 fee per night, per guest. Please do not hang items off the deck/rails, including but not limited to; beach/pool towels, bath towels, sheets/blankets, clothing/laundry, etc. Glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in the pool areas. Fireworks, or explosives of any kind, are strictly prohibited on the property. This includes use of sparklers, snaps, or similar. Skateboarding and rollerblading is prohibited on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. There are noise decibel monitoring systems on property. Violators may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Lewd or otherwise inappropriate conduct is prohibited. Violators may be subject to eviction without refund. Rearranging furniture; if this is necessary, we kindly ask that you return it to its original layout upon departure. Check-in: anytime after 3:00pm Check-out: 11:00am Occasionally we can accommodate checking in or out at other times; please contact us to inquire. Please note, we cannot offer early check in or late check out confirmation more than 24 hours in advance of your arrival/departure. Warmer months: please turn the heat to 72 and fan to auto upon departure. Colder months: please turn air conditioning to 67 and fan to auto upon departure.
