Pet Rules:

1. The fee for each pet is $125 (2 pets maximum, 6 months or older and up to 50lbs each)
2. Pets are not allowed on ANY furniture.
3. Pets cannot be left unsupervised. If they must be left behind, they are REQUIRED to be crated.
4. They must be leashed at all times and under the control of their owner.
5. Guests must provide their own bags and clean up after their pets
6. If the pet damages any property, the guest will be responsible for all costs.

Early Arrival & Late Departure Policy Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and cleaning schedules. • Approved early arrivals or late departures will incur an additional fee ranging from $50–$100 per hour, depending on the size of the property and the requested time. • Early arrivals prior to 12:00 PM (noon) will require the purchase of an additional night. • Late departures after 2:00 PM will also require the purchase of an additional night. All requests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.

Left-Behind Items Policy Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed at departure. We are not responsible for items left behind and cannot guarantee recovery. • Any items found and requested to be returned will incur a $20 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. • Payment is required in full prior to shipment. We will obtain a shipping quote and submit a payment request. Items will be shipped only after payment has been received. • Items will be held for up to 14 days from the date of departure. After this time, items may be discarded or donated. • We are not liable for items that are left behind and are unable to be located.
