• Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book
• Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Pets must be approved, kept off furniture, cleaned up after outside, and crated if left alone indoors
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Restrictions: No parties allowed. Groups larger than 10 and one-night stays require approval. Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted without explicit approval. Parking on lawns or neighboring driveways is prohibited
• AC Policy: Do not set the AC below 70 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing
• Fees & Penalties: Cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. Evictions due to rule violations (noise, excessive guests/vehicles) will result in an $850 fine
