This spacious villa accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 6 comfortable beds throughout. The first master bedroom downstairs boasts a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and generous ensuite with separate tub and shower. The second master bedroom upstairs also features a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. You'll find two sophisticated queen bedrooms plus two twin rooms perfect for kids.

Key amenities include air conditioning, central heating, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all cooking essentials. The home features two spacious living areas with comfortable leather sofas and large screen TVs, plus a formal dining area and breakfast table. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with all linens and towels.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. A one-time $25 parking pass is required for the gated community. Pets are not permitted, but Pack 'n Play travel cribs are available upon request for families with little ones.
