As the largest of the cabins on the property, Dogwood boasts the most parking, the largest yard, and a prime position furthest uphill from the river.

Designed as one expansive room, the cabin is configured to accommodate a variety of guests. The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, four twin beds (provided as two heavy-duty adult bunk beds), and two queen floor mattresses. For those traveling with infants, a travel crib is available. The layout also provides ample floor space for guests who wish to bring their own air mattresses or cots.

Located on the banks of the Spring River, which feeds into the Grand Lake of the Cherokees, guests have access to a wealth of outdoor activities. While Dogwood provides a private sanctuary, you can enjoy shared access to the property's trails, playground, swings, pavilion, and the River Deck. For those who love to fish, you can cast a line from the River Deck or use the ladder to reach the bluff shelf for a unique fishing experience.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Access code sent via text around 8 am)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed (additional fee applies)
• Requirements: $300 Security Deposit Hold and a signed lease agreement are required
• Cancellation: 100% refund (minus $50 fee) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; no refunds within 30 days
