Experience the best of the camping lifestyle while "camping in style" with all the comforts of home, including air conditioning.

The studio layout consists of one big room designed for comfort and intimacy. According to the property configuration, there is 1 bedroom featuring 1 bed (a queen bed), and 1 bathroom. The space is equipped to welcome up to 3 guests, as the interior also includes a small couch and a travel crib for infants.

Located in a picturesque forest setting, the cabin sits on the Spring River, which feeds into the Grand Lake of the Cherokees. Guests have access to a variety of shared property features, including nature trails, a playground, swings, a pavilion, and the Spring River itself. For those who enjoy fishing, you can cast a line from the River Deck or take the ladder down to the bluff shelf for a unique angling experience.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Access code and smart lock instructions are sent via text around 8 am on the day of arrival)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed at Red Oak
• Requirements: A signed lease and a $300 security deposit hold are required
• Insurance: Travel insurance is optional
• Cancellation: 100% refund (minus a $50 fee) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; no refund for cancellations within 30 days
