Welcome to Water's Edge, a stunning poolside retreat located in the popular Stillwater building at Bridges Bay Resort in Arnolds Park, Iowa. This expansive condo combines luxury with lakefront living, offering panoramic East Lake views and a true walk-out deck that leads you directly to the water's edge.

The layout is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bed-suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Additional guest rooms provide a second king bed, two queen beds, and one room with two twin beds. The interior is built for entertaining, boasting a living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, a smart TV, and a modern sofa and loveseat. This space flows seamlessly into the fully stocked kitchen and dining area, which includes a convenient breakfast bar for additional seating. The three full bathrooms are equipped with a mix of walk-in showers and shower/tub combinations.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to a wealth of resort activities. Your stay includes six daily passes to the Boji Splash indoor and outdoor waterpark. Within the Stillwater building, you'll find the outdoor pool just steps away on the same floor and a guest-favorite rooftop with amazing views and additional seating. The broader Bridges Bay Resort offers two waterfront restaurants—the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar—along with live music, an on-site fitness center, an arcade and game room, a basketball court, and a private stocked fishing pond.

Practicalities are handled with ease. The property includes an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent. Parking is available in the dedicated Stillwater lot, with overflow resort lots nearby and a dedicated boat and trailer parking lot located across the street.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive a full refund; those made between 59 and 30 days receive a 50% refund, while no refunds are given within 30 days of arrival. Booking and credit card processing fees remain non-refundable.
